Buying
- Is the Monthly Pass a subscription?
- No. Every product here is a one-time payment. Nothing rebills you automatically. If you want access next month, you buy again — and you race the same 50 slots as everyone else.
- What does "50 slots per month" mean?
- 50 Monthly Passes are released each month, sold first come first serve. The number on the home page counts down as passes sell, so it shows how many are left rather than the drop size. Treat it as an indicator, not a reservation — the checkout page itself has no counter, and when the 50 are gone the checkout link stops accepting purchases until the next reset.
- What happens if I buy near the end of the month?
- You get only the remainder of that month. Access ends at the end of the calendar month, not 30 days after purchase, so a pass bought on the 28th costs the same $200 as one bought on the 1st and gives you far less time. If the month is nearly over, it is usually worth waiting for the reset.
- When exactly does the reset happen?
- 00:00 US Eastern Time on the 1st of each month. Last month's passes end, 50 new slots go live, and the clients-only approval count resets.
- What is the difference between the pass and lifetime?
- The $200 Monthly Pass ends at month end. The $1000 Lifetime Membership never expires, grants the Founder / Lifetime role, and is never removed in a monthly reset.
- Why does checkout say "Buyer Access"?
- Whop shows the underlying product name at checkout, which is "Buyer Access". That is the Monthly Pass — you are in the right place.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. All sales are final — access is digital and granted immediately, so there are no refunds, credits or exchanges. That includes buying a pass late in the month and getting only the remainder. Please check the date before you buy. Full detail is in the Terms.
Clients-only requests
- Who can buy a Store Request or Dedicated Stream?
- Existing clients — anyone holding an active Monthly Pass or a Lifetime Membership. They are sold by waitlist and checkout asks for your Discord username so your request can be matched to your membership.
- Am I charged straight away?
- No. You enter card details, but nothing is taken unless your request is approved. If it is declined, there is no charge.
- What does "5 per month combined" mean?
- Store Requests and Dedicated Streams share a single pool of 5 approvals per month. It is not 5 of each. A $25 Store Request uses the same slot as a $300 Dedicated Stream, so once 5 are approved in a month, the rest are declined until the 1st.
- How long does approval take?
- It is done by hand, not automatically. The service is run while travelling internationally, so it depends on timezone — it is not instant. Your card is untouched while you wait.
- What if I buy one without an active membership?
- It will be declined and you will not be charged. Buy a pass or lifetime membership first.
Access
- How do I get into the Discord?
- Whop grants it automatically after purchase through its Discord integration. You need a Discord account. If access does not appear, check that you completed the Discord connection step at the end of checkout.
- I was a Twitch subscriber before this launched. Do I lose access?
- No. Existing members who held the Twitch subscriber role are grandfathered permanently with an OG role and are never removed in the monthly reset.
- Can I share my access?
- No. Access is personal to you. Sharing or reselling it can get you removed without a refund.
- Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
- Contact support contact — email or Discord ticket channel with the email you used at checkout.
