This site collects nothing about you
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded fonts and no third-party requests of any kind. Nothing you do here is sent to us or to anyone else. Visiting it does not create a record of you beyond the standard server logs kept by our host, hosting provider, which typically include IP address and browser user agent for security and reliability purposes.
The site does run JavaScript, all of it served from this domain and none of it tracking you. It animates the wordmark, plays a short click sound, swaps the background videos, and remembers the two display and sound preferences described below. The animation library it uses (GSAP) is stored on this site rather than loaded from anyone else's server, so your browser never contacts a third party while the page is open.
There is no account, no login and no form on this site. Everything that collects personal data happens after you click through to Whop or join Discord.
What is stored on your device
Two settings are saved in your browser's localStorage so the site looks and sounds the way you left it. Both are written only when you press the matching control, and neither is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else — they are read and written entirely inside your own browser.
yp-bg— eithertexturedorplain. Records whether you switched off the moving background using the contrast control on the home page.yp-sound— eitheronoroff. Records whether you muted the click sound using the speaker control. The sound is on until you turn it off.
These are strictly functional preferences: they hold nothing that identifies you, they are not used for analytics or profiling, and they are not read by anyone but this site. They are not cookies, but storing them still counts as accessing your terminal equipment under the ePrivacy Directive. That access is exempt from the consent requirement because it is strictly necessary to provide a feature you explicitly asked for by pressing the control — which is also why nothing is written until you do.
You can clear both at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Doing so simply returns the site to its defaults. If your browser blocks storage, for example in a private window, the controls still work for that visit; the choice just is not remembered.
Who controls your data
The data controller is legal entity name and registered address. For any privacy request, contact contact email.
What Whop collects
When you buy, Whop acts as the payment processor and access controller. Whop collects and processes your payment details, email address, purchase history and membership status. We can see order and membership information through the Whop dashboard, but we never receive or store your full card details.
If you buy a waitlist product — Store Request or Dedicated Stream — checkout also asks for your Discord username. We use this for one purpose: matching your request to an active membership so it can be approved or declined. It is not used for marketing.
Whop's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at whop.com/privacy.
What Discord collects
Access is delivered through a private Discord server. Joining it means Discord processes your account data under its own privacy policy at discord.com/privacy. Inside the server we can see your Discord username, your roles and anything you post there.
We keep a record of which members hold which access role, including a one-time snapshot of legacy members grandfathered in from Twitch subscriptions, so that permanent access is not removed by mistake.
Why we hold it and for how long
We process this data to deliver what you paid for — granting access, verifying that clients-only requests come from active members, and removing access when a pass ends. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, plus our legitimate interest in preventing access being shared or resold.
Membership and payment records are retained by Whop for as long as its own policies and applicable tax and accounting law require. Discord role records are kept while your access is active, and for lifetime and grandfathered members, for as long as that access lasts.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond Whop and Discord as described here.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact contact email.
Some data sits with Whop or Discord as controllers in their own right — for those, you may need to contact them directly. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server.
